FUGUS Courses and Cut-Off Mark
This is to inform you that the general public that online sales of application forms for various postgraduate programme for the 2025/2026 academic year in the School of Postgraduate Studies has been opened. Interested applicants are to fill the online application form.
The management of federal university has officially released courses and cut off mark for all courses for the 2025/2026 academic session. The university has set up the minimum cut off points after the joint Admission and Matriculation Board ( JAMB) released cut off mark for 2026 admission.
Applicants seeking into the tertiary institutions in Nigeria should know the cut off of the course of their choice. Also management of university breakdown the departmental cut off mark.
The Federal University Gusau was established in 2013 and started their activities temporary site (ZACAST) with Four (4) faculties such includes faculty of sciences, faculty of Management and Sciences, faculty of humanities and education. Lately the University moved to their main site, Zaria road Damba, gusau.
In 2024, the university has accredited medical courses and approved by the national universities commission (NUC).

FUGUS Admission Requirements for 2025/2026 Academic Session
- Candidates must have choose University as thier first choice of admission.
- Candidates must have a minimum cut off mark of 160 in 2026 UTME.
- Candidates must have five credits in O’Level results which includes Mathematics and English in not more than two settings.
- In addition to direct entry, candidates must poseses National Diploma, IJMB, NCE or any Equivalent certificate.
